Basement Waterproofing Success in Nesbit, MS

Water Intrusion Threatened Home Value and Safety When Dale C. of Nesbit, MS noticed water intrusion in their shop, basement closet, entryway, and storage room, they knew action was needed before the problem worsened. Water seepage along the north wall of the shop and basement areas risked structural damage, mold growth, and declining property value. As a family that takes pride in their home—and with a Navy veteran in the household—they wanted a proven waterproofing solution that would protect both their property and peace of mind. Complete Waterproofing System with Lasting Results Our team designed a customized basement waterproofing system using industry-leading technology. We installed a WaterGuard® drainage channel along the north wall, connected to a powerful sump pump system with IceGuard® protection and a LawnScape™ outlet that directs water 10 feet away from the home. Both the east and west basement walls received a Groundwater Protection System with dedicated sumps, while the basement closet was secured with a Two-Stage Waterproofing System to stop seepage at its source. For exterior protection, the homeowners selected a 51-foot Spee-D Drain® along the full walkway, ensuring heavy rainfall would be carried safely away from the foundation. Professional Installation Ensured Long-Term Protection Our crew handled every challenge with care, including rerouting an electrical line above the system to prevent future disruption. Sections of the basement closet wall were carefully removed to allow proper installation without compromising the home’s structure. The finished waterproofing system now safeguards the basement from water damage, protects the family’s property value, and provides peace of mind that the home will remain dry for years to come. Dale and their family were thrilled with the results and the professionalism of the installation team. Protect your basement and your home’s value with professional waterproofing solutions.
